The pillows were thicker this time, which made for a more comfortable night's sleep. The location offers easy access to malls and train stations, making it convenient for exploring.
Check-in was a mess. I had to wait outside for ten minutes with others due to poor arrangements. The room had a distinctive odor, and the refrigerator barely functioned, failing to cool even slightly. Despite getting moved to a different room, the replacement fridge had the same issues.

I appreciated the convenience of having a Family Mart right downstairs for snacks and essentials, and the staff's assistance with luggage transfer was greatly appreciated upon my arrival.

The location is fantastic, near train stations and shopping. However, the room felt cramped for two people.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms, which comfortably accommodated our group. The hotel is located in a quiet street, just a stone’s throw from the bustling Sakae district, where we found plenty of bars and restaurants to explore. The staff were exceptionally friendly and proactive. they quickly resolved a minor air conditioning issue we faced and even lent us a scale to weigh our luggage before leaving.
The air conditioning struggled a bit during the first two days of our stay, causing some discomfort in the summer heat.

great location but room size was disappointing
The hotel's location is fantastic, being near two major railway lines, which made it easy to reach the major attractions with just one transfer. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the environmental initiatives, such as eco-friendly tea bags and coffee available at the reception, making my stay a bit more special. Additionally, I liked having a Family Mart right downstairs for quick snacks and essentials.
The room was notably small, which is typical for accommodations in this area, making it feel a bit cramped.

The room was clean but definitely small, typical for Japan. Nice staff greeted me upon arrival. The hotel has a great location right in front of Sakae Station, making access to attractions super convenient. I appreciated the lobby's inviting atmosphere and the self-service amenities available. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of options, both Western and Japanese, for a reasonable price. However, I found the pillows a bit too hard for comfort. Also, the lack of on-site laundry facilities was a hassle. I had to walk about 30 minutes to find one or take an expensive taxi. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but a few improvements could really enhance the experience.

Just a solid selection for a holiday in Nagoya with good value considering price it charged. The staff was super helpful with handling my luggage transfer from the airport, so it was already in my room upon arrival. Consider taking advantage of nearby shopping options for quick meals.
